In this article, a theoretical 1-D heat transfer model and conjugate numerical simulation was carried out to evaluate the thermal insulation of TBCs under different factors. The relationship temperature-drop between inner or outer surface barrier coating (TBC) investigated by simulation. effect TBC coupling internal external are obtained, which indicates that film cooling can both contribute an overall performance. addition, combination two results better than alone.
